           I have known Jason for over two years now and my experience has been wonderful

           and unique. Jason is always willing to go the extra distance, and make time for

           their clients. An example of this is how they choose to travel to San Diego County

           to help with a very important project. They were very organized with files, and

           details when pursuing a relatively complicated and involved 130 unit facility for me.

           From the photos that were gathered of the interior as well as exterior, property

           proforma, tax & property details, and owner information, the professional situating
